Regulatory and Anti-Corruption Violations
As a result of the implementation of European Directive 2019/1937 and Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, Colegio Liceo Sorolla has established a complaints channel through which communications or information made by any person or entity related to the school are received and managed: students, families, teachers, administration and services staff, monitors, volunteers, etc. about possible irregular conduct of which they have become aware, contrary to the rules, both external and internal of the school, which are included in the Internal Regulations.
Those involved in any action of the complaint and investigation procedure assume the obligation to maintain secrecy regarding any information to which they have had access by virtue of their participation, whatever it may be, in the process. Infringement of the provisions of this paragraph may be subject to serious penalties. The main purpose of this informant channel is to prevent regulatory breaches and correct those already detected, guaranteeing the confidentiality and indemnity of the informant.
The channel is NOT aimed at collecting complaints related to irregular conduct by other entities or within the framework of the activity of other entities, whether companies, organizations, or any other type of organization, whatever their relationship with Colegio Liceo Sorolla. Where appropriate, these complaints should be directed to the reporting channels of the corresponding entities.
Any complaint received in this channel will be analyzed and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Liceo Sorolla School Complaints Channel Policy.

Claims Channel Policy
Colegio Liceo Sorolla has this claims channel whose main purpose is to prevent regulatory breaches and correct those already detected, guaranteeing the confidentiality and indemnity of the informant.
The right to privacy and confidentiality of the personal data included in the report will be guaranteed. To this end, the files will generate a reference number that will be used to work with, so that it is impossible to identify the complainants. Any complaint received will be analyzed and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Internal Regulations. The responsible staff will deal with the complaints submitted, following the established procedure and preserving, whenever possible, the confidentiality of the information relating to the complaint and will initiate an initial analysis to determine their competence in the reported matter. In the event that it does not declare itself competent, it shall communicate this result in writing to the complainant. The staff responsible may, if they deem it appropriate, initiate an internal consultation while preserving the rights of the data subjects. The persons responsible will issue a report detailing the actions taken, as well as the proven facts, resolving their opinion and proposing actions to be taken. They will forward the decision to the interested parties.
